Maria Antonietta Dariol has two significant work experiences. From June 2011 to the present day, they have been working as a Director at NeoLife International, a company that specializes in health and physical and financial well-being. At NeoLife, they are responsible for sales and works with three prestigious brands: NeoLife nutritional supplements, Nutriance personal care, and Golden Home household products.

Prior to their role at NeoLife, Maria Antonietta Dariol was the owner of MADAR VETRO from January 2000. Maria Antonietta specialized in creating artistic stained glass for doors, windows, and chapel cemeteries. Additionally, they designed and installed mirrors for bathrooms and furniture and worked on the creation and application of ceramic tiles.

Maria Antonietta Dariol completed their education from 1982 to 1987 at the Istituto Statale d'Arte a Venezia, earning a Diploma di maestra d'arte with a specialization in Decorazione pittorica. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the following certifications: a Master Previdenza from Dr. Enrico La Pergola in June 2015, and a Formazione professionale in materia assicurativa from Roberto Ravazzolo in April 2015.
