Ludwigy Bwana started their work experience in 2017 at Uber, where they held roles as a Customer Support Representative and a Community Operations Expert until September 2020. In 2020, they joined Ngix as a Sales Executive until October 2021. Since January 2022, Ludwigy has been working as a Distribution Center Manager at NeoLife International.

Ludwigy Bwana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on finance from Bangalore University in Bangalore. This educational accomplishment took place from 2012 to 2015.
