Will Sneden is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operating Partner at The Vistria Group and holding advisory roles on multiple boards, including Osara Health, ThrivePass, and Prescryptive Health, Inc. Sneden's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Aon, where roles spanned from U.S. Health Solutions Practice Leader to a member of the Operating Committee overseeing a $14 billion global firm. Prior to Aon, Sneden worked at Hewitt Associates, where leadership included serving as the Principal for the Carolinas Health Care Practice and involvement in various consulting roles and eHealth initiatives. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Mathematical Science, Sneden has a strong foundation in actuarial science.
