Eya Chabbouh is an IT Project Manager at NeoLedge since August 2022, responsible for designing processes, writing specifications, creating prototypes, and managing client relationships between business and technical teams to translate needs into solutions. Previous roles include consultante technico-fonctionnelle, where Eya optimized processes, managed incidents, conducted client training, developed Power BI reports, and executed technical-functional testing for client compliance. Eya's early experience includes an internship involving decision-making solution design and connecting SQL databases via REST API, as well as roles in IT management and developing e-learning platforms and applications. Eya Chabbouh holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Data Analysis from Ecole Polytechnique Méditerranéenne Privée de Tunis and a Licence appliquée in information systems from Institut Supérieur Des Etudes Technologiques De Kélibia.
