Shilpa Shekar is a dedicated Software Engineer in Test at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. with expertise in SME business loans, having worked there since April 2021. Prior to this role, Shilpa served as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Interaction One from April 2016 to April 2021, focusing on quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from CMR Institute of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2013, and also attended Christ University in Bangalore from 2007 to 2009.
