Shirley Reshma Charles is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in software testing and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at NEOGOV since June 2022, Shirley previously held the position of Software Test Engineer at Wipro from December 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Technology Analyst and Senior Software Development Engineer at Infosys from May 2014 to November 2019. Shirley holds a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from Loyalist College (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai (2010-2014).
