Maureen McCartan is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and total rewards management. Currently serving as the Director of People eXperience Operations & Total Rewards at NEOGOV, Maureen has previously held senior roles at NetBrain Technologies Inc. as Director of People eXperience and Senior Human Resources Manager, as well as at Trimble Inc. as a Human Resource Business Partner. Additional roles include positions in human resources at MCR Federal and INNOLOG. Maureen holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Wright State University.
