Manisha Phadnis is an experienced QA Analyst currently employed at NEOGOV since February 2019, where responsibilities include sprint planning, test case writing, functional and regression testing, and API testing. Prior to NEOGOV, Manisha worked as an Analyst at Cyracom International Inc., facilitating communication between end-users and solution teams. Experience also includes volunteer roles at GPL Friends Foundation and Washington Elementary School, as well as previous positions in software development and quality assurance at various tech companies, including Patni Computer Systems Limited and VAIDS Technology. Manisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering and a Diploma in Software Applications Engineering from Boston's Education Institute for Software Technology.
