Joshua Bendson is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions across various companies. Currently serving as a Software Architect at NEOGOV since August 2022, Joshua previously held the position of Principal Software Architect at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software, where contributions included creating architectural visions for global software deployment and launching a mobile time clock. Prior to that, Joshua was a Software Architect at Sovos, leading projects for secure and scalable solutions, and had a background as a Database Administrator at Convey, managing Oracle RAC database clusters. Joshua holds a BA in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas.
