Erika Simpson, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the HRIS Project Manager at NEOGOV since March 2022. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Program Manager at the Diocese of Savannah from January 2018 to April 2022 and worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst for the City of Savannah from May 2010 to December 2017. Erika has also gained experience as a Project Manager (Contract) at RocketCrafters, Inc. from November 2014 to July 2015 and as an Associate Project Manager/Network Administrator at The Sullivan Group HR from February 2008 to April 2010. Erika holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Telecommunications and Network Administration, obtained from Georgia Southern University in 2004.
