Erica Wheeler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Project Manager at NEOGOV since January 2022, Erica previously held positions at Chicago Public Schools, where responsibilities included Project Manager in the Office of Teaching & Learning and Data Strategist in the Office of College & Career Success. Prior roles include Project Manager at CiviCore, Global Shaper Fellow at the World Economic Forum, Director of Partnerships & External Relations at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and various managerial positions at The Cara Program. Erica began a career in public service as Director of Correspondence and Writer in the Mayor's Office for the City of Chicago. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, completed in 2009.
