Rebecca Watson, PMP®, CSPO®, DASM® is an experienced product manager and clinical laboratory consultant currently at NeoGenomics Laboratories, where strategic partnerships and product roadmaps are defined. As the owner of Watson & Watson Consulting, LLC, Rebecca optimizes laboratory workflows and develops custom LIMS. Previously, as co-founder of BioEvolution Laboratory Consulting, LLC, leadership was provided to a specialized team in healthcare testing methodologies. Additional roles include director of operations at InterVenn Biosciences and associate director at GRAIL, Inc., focusing on operational processes, call center management, and customer experience in laboratory settings. With comprehensive expertise acquired at various organizations, Rebecca has a proven track record in clinical laboratory operations, project management, and regulatory guidance. Rebecca holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and English from the University of Connecticut.
