Fusu Thao is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the healthcare design sector. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Neogen Corporation since September 2022, Fusu has held various senior roles at 3M from January 2014 to August 2022, including Senior Design Manager, Design Manager, Lead Industrial Designer, and Senior Industrial Designer within the Health Care division. Prior experience includes positions as Lead and Senior Industrial Designer at Brooks Stevens, Inc. from 2008 to January 2014, and as an Industrial Designer at Kablooe Design from 2002 to 2008. Initial career stages involved roles at Entolo Inc. as a Jr. Environmental Designer and an Industrial Design Intern at Design North. Fusu holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University and a d.MBA in Business Design.
