Amy joined Neogen in March 2021 as VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, and was named Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in September 2022. Amy is responsible for all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters for Neogen counsels the Board of Directors and leads Neogen’s ESG activities. Amy joined Neogen from Corning Incorporated, where she was Division VP, Corporate Law. During her nearly ten years with Corning, Amy held many leadership positions in Corning’s Law Department. Before Corning, Amy held positions at Smiths Group plc and was in private practice at the law firm of Foley & Larder.
