Shannon Gburzynski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital enablement, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Neocol since June 2023. Prior to this role, Gburzynski held the position of Associate Partner in the Salesforce Practice at IBM from February 2022 to June 2023, following IBM's acquisition of 7Summits, where Gburzynski was Senior Director of Digital Experiences and Enablement. Gburzynski’s career also includes significant roles at 7Summits, where contributions spanned digital transformation consulting and customer engagement strategies, and positions at TechCanary, BizTimes Media LLC, and Sales Progress, leading marketing and customer success initiatives. Gburzynski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Lubar College of Business.
