James Watson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. James started their career as a Territory Manager at Triad Systems in 1987 and stayed with the company for nearly 10 years. James then worked as a Sales Executive at Stroudwater Technologies for a year before moving on to become a Business Development Manager at Gemini Systems. In 2000, they joined Epicor Software as a CRM Sales Specialist for two years. From 2003 to 2006, James worked as a Senior Consultant for CRM Solutions at Systems Engineering. In 2010, they founded their own consultancy called Through the Eyes of the Customer, where they serve as the Founder and Principal Consultant. At Through the Eyes of the Customer, they help technology solution providers improve their communications and processes to acquire and retain high-value clients. In their most recent role, James held various positions at Neocase, starting as a Regional Sales Director and then progressing to Solution Consultant, Senior Solution Consultant, Director of Product Marketing, and eventually Director of Marketing, North America. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, product positioning, and customer-centric-oriented communication.
James Watson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Saint Michael's College. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing Administration from the same institution.
