Freddie Griffin serves as the Director of Medicare Sales and Enablement at Neo Insurance Solutions since August 2021. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Griffin has held multiple roles at Medigap Life since February 2018, including Operations Manager, Trainer, and Compliance Officer, while also advancing the field agent division. Griffin is the CEO of EnQue Solutions LLC, a full-service insurance brokerage, and has been a Microsoft Partner since March 2012, assisting clients with Office 365 transitions.
