Matthew Belford is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Neo Financial, focusing on backend development for the Corporate Finance & Financial Partners Team. Prior to this, Matthew co-founded Ethica where Matthew led the technology arm of the company and developed a browser extension for ethical online shopping. Matthew also has experience as a Lead Programmer and Unity Developer at the Centre for Digital Media where Matthew worked on various industry and venture projects. Matthew has a Master of Digital Media degree from the Centre for Digital Media and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.
