Ryan McHenry currently serves as the Director of International Development & Project Financing at Neo-Eco, a leading European provider of circular economy consulting and engineering solutions. Additionally, Ryan is a Program Director at Grand Founders, a foundation supporting Ukraine's long-term reconstruction and promoting global innovation and economic development by connecting US investors with emerging entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Director of Programs & Impact Investing at DAI, Venture Capital Investment Advisor for USAID in Ukraine, and various positions in growth and product management at insightsoftware, Cieden, Gridics, Stradigys, and The Harry Fox Agency. Ryan holds an International Master in Economics and Business from UCL, a Master in Finance from the Higher School of Economics, and a B.A. with a double major in Spanish and International Studies from Saint Louis University — Madrid.
