Delaine Arnold has extensive experience in the 9-1-1 industry, currently serving as Committee Resource Manager at NENA: The 9-1-1 Association since May 2012, where responsibilities include managing document approval and collaboration for the Development Steering Council. Previously, Delaine held leadership roles within NENA including Chair of the Data Structures Subcommittee and Co-Chair of the NG9-1-1 Data Development. As the owner of Arnold 9-1-1 Consulting from 2004 to 2012, Delaine worked with notable clients such as NENA and TruePosition, Inc. Delaine also contributed as Data Committee Chair at NENA from 2004 to 2010. Prior to NENA, Delaine served as 9-1-1 Lead Specialist and Administrator at Verizon (formerly GTE) from 1974 to 2003, focusing on database development for 9-1-1 jurisdictions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
