Worth Smith is the founder of NEMO, a company established in June 2022 that specializes in bike repair services aimed at busy individuals, with a focus on simplifying commuting by bike. Prior to this venture, Worth served as Business & Corporate Development Manager at Superpedestrian from August 2019 to January 2022, contributing to sustainable micro-mobility solutions. Worth began their career as an Analyst at Sherpa Technology Group from October 2016 to July 2019, following roles as Operations Manager at Common Future and Financial Architect at FairWinds Partners LLC. Worth holds a B.S. in Business Administration with Special Attainments from Washington and Lee University, alongside a minor in Creative Writing, and has attended The University of Hong Kong, Episcopal High School, and Landon School.
