Ivan Navarro is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Head for the Americas and HR Director for the Mexico Region & Global Functions at Nemak since February 2019, Ivan has previously held various senior HR roles at PepsiCo from November 2001 to January 2019, including HR Senior Director for Corporate functions and HR Senior Director for Business Units. Ivan's academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from EGADE Business School and a degree in Administrative Information Systems from the Institute of Technology of Sonora.
