Adam Bugaj is a highly experienced engineer with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Computer Aided Manufacturing from Kielce University of Technology. Currently working at Nemak since July 2015, Adam holds multiple titles including Product and Process Lead Engineer, Senior Development Engineer, and Senior Machining Engineer. Prior to this, Adam worked at Polmotors as a Machining Engineer and Chief Process Engineer, and at ZPUE S.A. as a Junior Process Engineer. Adam's expertise lies in launching new products and planning and developing machining processes.
