Rob Bohn has extensive work experience in the electrical manufacturing industry. Rob started their career in 1994 as a Regional Sales Manager for Watlow Electric Mfg Co, responsible for the Texas and Louisiana regions. In 1996, they became a Regional Sales Manager for Watlow Electric, where they successfully grew the territory from $12MM to $24MM in just three years. Rob then became the General Manager of Watlow Process Systems, where they held the role until 2000. In the same year, they founded their own company, NEMA Enclosures, where they are currently the owner.

Rob Bohn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1984. Rob later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1999.
