Amanda Thompson is an Associate at Beveridge & Diamond PC since September 2022, previously serving as a Research Assistant at Wake Forest University School of Law where Amanda co-authored "Plastic Pollution Litigation" published in the summer 2021 issue of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources’ magazine Natural Resources & Environment. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing, a Summer Associate at Beveridge & Diamond PC, and Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. Prior internships include positions at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, the U.S. House of Representatives, Florida House on Capitol Hill, and American Continental Group. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida, along with ongoing studies at Florence University of the Arts.
