Perrin Marbury Jr. is an accomplished Support Analyst with expertise in delivering high-quality technical support and cybersecurity measures. Currently serving as a Support Analyst II at Nelson Brothers since October 2021, Perrin achieved a 95% first contact resolution rate while supporting over 500 end users and utilized the Sentinel One EDR platform to enhance cybersecurity. Previously, as a Support Analyst I at Insure Financial Group, responsibilities included administration of active directory and Microsoft Exchange, as well as diagnosing and resolving a variety of hardware and software issues.
