Sue McCusker is an experienced data analyst and IT professional with a background in supporting business operations and technology systems. Currently employed at Nelson & Associates Inc since April 2021, McCusker provides data analysis and marketing support, managing customer data integration with Insightly CRM. In addition to this role, McCusker has been with Big Dream Ministries since September 2017, handling IT systems support and customer care to enhance business management and customer relationship processes. Previously, McCusker spent over 18 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities spanned various roles, including Sr. Business Analyst in the Technical and Science Division, Project Manager for finance and HR projects, and Technical Analyst focusing on supply chain applications. McCusker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
