Regis Fleck has a comprehensive background in software development and information technology, with extensive experience at Nelogica from January 2014 to the present, where roles have included Gerente de desenvolvimento de software, Líder de equipe de desenvolvimento de software, Programador Pleno, Programador Junior, and Programador Trainee. Prior to this, Regis served as IT Manager at Prefeitura Municipal de Rolante from January 2008 to April 2013. Regis holds an Especialista em Aplicações para Internet degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG, completed in 2016, and a Bacharel em Sistemas de Informação degree from Faccat, obtained in 2011.
