Lisa Marquardt is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer engagement and communications strategy. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement at Nelnet, Lisa collaborates with leaders across multiple divisions to enhance the customer experience for student loan borrowers. Previously, as a Marketing & Communications Strategist at Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation, Lisa led a team to create and execute communication plans aimed at promoting products and improving borrower experiences.
