Dana Hawkes has extensive experience in recruitment and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Recruiting Supervisor at Nelnet since July 2019, Dana has progressed through various roles including Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, and Recruitment Coordinator. Prior experience includes a position at The Cheesecake Factory from November 2015 to July 2019, where Dana expanded knowledge in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Additionally, Dana held the role of Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club from December 2012 to January 2015, overseeing staff management and operational functions. Dana holds a degree in Tourism, Lodging, Resorts, and Event Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned in 2011.
