Bhanvi S has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an Executive Human Resources at Nelito Systems Ltd since October 2015, where responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while collaborating with vendors for recruitment. Prior to this role, Bhanvi worked as a Recruitment Executive at CSI Software Pvt Ltd, focusing on hiring IT professionals, and a Talent Acquisition Executive at Dilipcorp Consultants, where candidate sourcing and networking were key tasks. Earlier experience includes an HR apprenticeship at Taj Mahal Palace and a finance traineeship at Taj Lands End. Bhanvi holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resource from Indira Institute Of Business Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from South Indian Education Society.
