Kristi Grant Coleman has extensive experience in the field of education and development, primarily within Neiman Marcus Group since 2004. Currently serving as the Education & Development Manager, Kristi leads various people development functions in the Customer Care department, overseeing areas such as instructional design, training, and customer insights analysis, while emphasizing the importance of customer impact in all initiatives. Prior experience includes a managerial role in training and quality development at Procter & Gamble from 1984 to 1994. Kristi holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Training from The University of Dallas and a BS in Management/Marketing from Purdue University.
