Shane Patrick is a seasoned professional in building design, currently serving as the Building Design Specialist Manager at Neil Kelly Company since February 2001. With a strong background in architectural and structural design, Shane specializes in the design and drafting of all phases of single-family residences, including new construction and remodels, while adhering to prescriptive code and collaborating with outside engineers as necessary. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Pipefitter and Estimator at Campbell Norquist Co and as a Design and Project Management Assistant at Dick Ballard Remodeling, Inc., where Shane developed expertise in industrial heating systems and residential remodeling. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing Studies - Design from Oregon State University and a high school diploma in Building Construction from Benson Polytechnic High School.
