Paige Ridings has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2017, they worked as a Health and Wellness Promotion Intern at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South. In 2018, they served as a Server/Bartender at Frank Grisanti's Restaurant and then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Community Account Manager at LogoNation powered by HALO. Currently, in 2022, they are employed as a New Business Development Manager at Neighborly®.

From 2012 to 2017, Paige Ridings attended The University of Memphis where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health and Wellness, with a focus in General studies.
