Jon Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jon currently holds the title of Director of Systems at Neighborly®, a role they have been in since August 2022. Prior to this, Jon served as a Franchise Development Coach for Neighborly® from February 2021 to August 2022.

Jon also has extensive experience in the garage door industry. Jon held the position of Vice President of Operation at Performance Entrance Solutions from June 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Trainer for Precision Door Service from July 2019 to February 2021. Jon has also served as a General Manager for several branches of Precision Door Service, including Jackson, Mississippi (March 2017 to June 2020), Memphis (May 2001 to July 2019), and Huntsville, Alabama (March 2015 to June 2019).

Earlier in their career, Jon gained valuable retail and construction experience. Jon worked at Home Depot as a Lumber Supervisor (October 1998 to April 1999) and as a Lumber Associate (May 1999 to January 2001). Jon also worked as a Door Installer at Carolina Door Controlls from September 1999 to August 2000 and as a Door Technician at Doors Unlimited, Inc from September 1997 to May 1999.

In addition to their various roles and positions, Jon has also been the Owner and CEO of DJ Jon Russell Inc. since April 1986.
