Colton Nixon began their work experience in 2019 as a Business Teacher at the Kosovo Leadership Academy, where they worked until June 2020. In November 2019, they also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Tiger Performance Institute, until April 2022. Alongside this position, they served as the General Counsel at Tiger Performance Institute starting in September 2021. In September 2021, Colton Nixon joined Brown Trial Firm as an Associate, staying until April 2022. Currently, Colton Nixon holds the position of Staff Attorney at Neighborly®, starting in April 2022, and will soon transition to the role of Corporate Counsel.

Colton Nixon pursued their education with a focus on business and law. Colton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business between 2016 and 2019. During the same period, they also studied at the Baylor University School of Law, successfully attaining a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Business. Prior to their graduate studies, Colton Nixon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, which they completed between 2013 and 2015.
