Mary Drumond serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Neighborly Software since March 2023, concurrently a member of Chief since August 2022. Previously, Mary hosted and produced the Voices of CX Podcast from March 2018 to April 2023, where insights on technological innovations in customer experience were shared. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Worthix from January 2017 to March 2023, Mary directed branding strategies and customer engagement initiatives for a pioneering AI customer decision intelligence tool. Prior to that, Mary was the CEO and Managing Partner of Advance Languages from December 2011 to May 2016, after serving as the Head of Marketing and Sales for the company from January 2009 to December 2011, during which significant marketing and sales strategies were developed for a specialized EFL school in Brazil.
