Kent Frogley has extensive marketing experience, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Kent started their career as a Vice President at FranklinCovey in 1997 and served in different marketing roles within the company until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Vice President and Partner, Global Marketing at FranklinCovey Products. Kent then joined Salt Lake Community College as the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Marketing and Communications from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Marketing at Xlear, Inc., where they worked until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Vice President at Neighborly® since October 2017.

Kent Frogley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from BYU and a Master of Arts degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
