Allison Brunton is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various managerial and recruitment roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Neighborly® since December 2022, Allison previously held positions such as Recruiting Manager for Local Operations and Talent Advisor at Neighborly® from September 2017 to October 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM and as a Healthcare Recruiter at Baylor Scott & White Health. Allison began a career in recruitment at PDI Software as a Corporate Recruiter and also worked as an HR Assistant at Kohl's. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
