John Kobierowski has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. John served as the President and CEO of ABI Multifamily, a brokerage and advisory services firm specializing in apartment investment transactions. During their tenure, ABI Multifamily closed over 130 multifamily transactions.
John is also the Co-Founder of Neighborhood Ventures, where they played a key role in the company's establishment.
Prior to that, John worked as a Principal at Oppidan Partners, actively flipping homes in Phoenix during a booming period and managing the sale of over 900 flipped properties.
John also served as the President of Oppidan Management Group, Inc, overseeing all aspects of a condominium development, sales, and management company. John successfully raised capital, managed investor relations, and assembled and managed various teams within the company.
Before that, John held the role of Associate Partner at Hendricks & Partners, where they closed over 900 multifamily transactions in an 18-year tenure, making him one of the most active multifamily brokers/advisors in the western US.
John also served as the President of Chesapeake Condominium Development Group and as a Partner at First Phoenix Realty, where they contributed to the company's growth and success.
John Kobierowski attended Hendrick Hudson High School from 1982 to 1986. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Northeastern University in 1986, where they pursued a degree in Engineering and Computer Science until 1988. John then transferred to Arizona State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree from 1988 to 1991. At Arizona State University, their studies focused on core subjects such as Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Liberal Arts, and Engineering.
