Kelly Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at Neighborhood Service Organization, focusing on holistic care and wrap-around services for diverse populations. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Healthcare Business Development Manager at W3R Consulting, where expertise in staffing and consulting was utilized for various Fortune 500 companies. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager for Nurse Now Staffing, Vice President at Critical Resource, Inc., and Director of Human Resources at Ciena Healthcare Management Inc. Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration in City Management and Human Resources from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from St Mary’s University.
