Shaun Hermansen is an accomplished mortgage professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Producing Area Manager at Neighborhood Loans since December 2024, Shaun has previously held positions such as Producing Branch Manager at RCG Home Loans, Branch Manager at Churchill Mortgage Corporation, and Producing Manager at Cardinal Financial Company. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Consumer Direct Lending at both Axos Bank and BofI Federal Bank. Shaun's career began in mortgage loan origination and loss mitigation, with roles at Meridias Capital and Residential Capital Mortgage Corporation.
