Scott is a member of ICF’s board of directors. For more than 35 years, he has led dramatic business growth and transformation for some of the country’s leading financial and commercial real estate companies.
Scott is the president and chief executive officer of ABM Industries, the largest facility services provider listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He is only the seventh person to serve as president and chief executive officer in the company’s 110+ year history.
Before assuming his role as president and CEO, Scott served in multiple senior roles within the company, including leading the largest business region for ABM with annual revenues totaling over $5 billion and more than 100,000 employees. Prior to joining ABM, Salmirs held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE.
Salmirs currently serves on the business advisory council for the State University of New York College at Oneonta and is a recipient of the Beta Gamma Sigma’s Business Achievement Award. Highly active in community service, Salmirs is a founding board member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State, and he sits on the board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to helping adolescents rehabilitate from substance abuse. He is also the recipient of the United Hospital Fund’s Distinguished Community Award.
