Andrea Bridgewater has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Andrea was the Chief Operating Officer at Neighborhood Defender Service since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Experience Works for a decade, starting in January 2010. In their role as the National Director of Operations / Chief Operating Officer, they successfully managed the organization's $21 million budget and negotiated contracts with federal and state agencies. Andrea also analyzed operations to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Before joining Experience Works, they served as the Services Director at Arnold Center Inc from January 2001 to December 2009.
