James Bellows is a seasoned project executive with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving at NEI General Contracting since June 2020. Previous roles include positions at The Walt Disney Company, where Bellows worked from February 2011 to June 2020 as a construction manager and project manager, among other titles. James started the career as a project manager and project engineer at Tutor Perini Building Corp from February 2007 to February 2011 and held the superintendent role for multifamily construction at KB Home in 2006. Early in the career, James served as a field engineer for Ledcor - US Pacific Construction in 2005. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Florida, earned between 2000 and 2004.
