Maxa Marius has worked in the IT industry since 2014. Maxa started as a Web Developer at Gigate Business Group in 2014 and held the same role at Neho from 2018. In 2017, they were the CEO of Tomax Web, a Cercetător în informatică at SC Ad Net Market Media SRL, and a Programator IT at both SC Medex Diagnostica SRL and SC Ewex Barter SRL.

Maxa Marius completed a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Accounting, and Technician and Accounting from the Colegiul Economic "Dionisie Pop Martian" between 2008 and 2011. Maxa then went on to earn a Master's degree in Advanced Programming and Database from the Universitatea "1 Decembrie 1918" din Alba Iulia between 2014 and 2016. Finally, they earned a Licență in Informatics from the same university between 2011 and 2014.
