Guillaume Dubray has a varied work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. In 2012, they began as Managing Partner at Polytech Ventures Holding SA, where they invested in start-ups, acquired SMEs, and built companies. In 2015, they founded Fusion Partners, a corporate venture services company. In 2016, they co-founded Neho, a real estate brokerage in Switzerland. In 2018, they became a Member of the Investment Committee at Credit Suisse Entrepreneur Capital, a private equity firm. In 2019, they founded both Lightmove SA, a house-buying company, and Sherlock, a fully digital property manager. Finally, in 2021, they co-founded Earny Switzerland.
Guillaume Dubray received a Bsc in Business Economics from HEG from 1998 to 2002. Guillaume then went on to become a Chartered Accountant from ACCA from 2003 to 2005, focusing on Corporate Finance. In 2006, they completed their MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
