Pablo Restrepo-Sáenz

CEO & Co-Founder at Negotiation by Design

Pablo Restrepo-Sáenz has extensive work experience in negotiation, strategy, and innovation. In 1993, they became a Professor at Universidad de los Andes, and in 2001, they joined McGill University as a Professor. In 1996, they also worked as an Instructor at Teachers College, Columbia University.

In 1989, Pablo served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Producciones RTI, where they lobbied and negotiated government policies related to privatizing television and establishing mobile telephony in Colombia.

In 1999, they founded Tandem Insourcing, a consulting boutique specializing in negotiation, strategy, and innovation. In 2012, they took part in programs such as "Creating and Leading a Culture of Innovation" and "Driving Organic Top-Line Growth." In 2011, they also completed a program called "Governing Family Enterprises" that focused on negotiation techniques.

In addition to their formal degrees, Pablo Restrepo-Sáenz obtained certifications in various areas. In 2018, they completed the "Strategyzer Bootcamp" certification from Strategyzer.
