Thomas Dolan, Jr., IAAI-CFI, is an experienced fire analyst and police detective with a diverse background in fire investigation and major crime investigations. Currently serving as an adjunct instructor at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College since May 2023, Thomas has been a fire analyst at NEFCO Fire Investigations since 2011, where responsibilities include determining the origin and cause of fires, assisting with case management, and providing expert testimony. As a senior detective at the Carlisle Police Department since July 2006, Thomas has handled major crimes, including homicides and arsons, and has played a key role in cases resulting in significant convictions. Thomas's education includes credentials from the National Fire Academy and a Fire Investigator I degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and the PA State Fire Academy.
