David Rock, PE, is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Forensic Electrical Engineer at NEFCO Fire Investigations since August 2017, David previously held positions as a Facilities Engineer at MedImmune from October 2013 to August 2017 and as an Electrical Engineer at Stantec from September 2008 to October 2013. David's early career included work as an Electrical Engineer at Hypex Inc. from May 2007 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, obtained between 2002 and 2007, and a high school diploma from LaSalle College High School, completed in 2002.
